We rely on our users to report violations of the code of conduct (especially more severe cases). You'll have a chance to report any violation after each call. Our Customer Success agents read each piece of feedback and evaluate it (within hours of your report).

They take proper action, which is, if appropriate, to warn or block the user in question.

To send us your feedback about another user you need to take these steps:

When you finish a conversation with anyone there is the Continue and then this screen appears:
