Shuffled letters in the transcript
If you’re facing shuffled or unusual letters on your transcript like in the example below, we recommend:
Step 1: Check if you’re signed in - you should be able to check your Global Passport on the drawer menu. If you’re logged in, go to step 2 - otherwise, go to step 3.
Step 2: Sign off from the app and wait a couple of minutes
Step 3: Sign in again by using the exact same method you used to create your account
For example: If you created your account by writing your email and password, please follow the same steps. Or if you create your account by tapping the “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple” button, please proceed with the respective one. That should help you fix the issue with the transcript.
This is a rare bug and our team is working to fix it.
If these suggestions don’t help you, please write us at appfeedback@reallifeglobal.com so we can investigate it further. We will need the following information:
- your phone model and system version (iOS or Android)
- RealLife app version installed on your phone
This information helps us diagnose your issue and pass it on to the product team if necessary.
