The content of the app isn't loading
If you’re facing issues with the content of the app not loading, we suggest you:
Make sure you have the latest version of the app (you can check it in your App Store).
Try switching your network - from wi-fi to mobile data or the other way around
If you’re using mobile data, moving to a place where you can get a better signal can help you have better speed and stability
If you’re using wi-fi, moving closer to its source can help you have better stability

When did it start? How often does it happen?
Are you using a VPN?
You need a good and stable connection for it to work. It would be extra helpful if you could download Ookla's application, change the server to CarolinaConnect (Lexington, SC), proceed with the test, and take a screenshot with the results, so we can take a better look. We'll be sharing a visual with the steps below:
